Broncos Training Camp

Brent took Ava and Quinn to the Broncos Training Camp in Englewood. They were very close to the players and thought it was pretty cool. Afterwards they went to Sonic for fries and cherry limeades.

on the way home from the museum we ran into a sever thunderstorm with hail. We pulled over an ducked into this Pizza place as soon as we sat down the power went out. They gave us free pizza. It was awesome! It wouldn't be a day at the museum for Heather and I if there wasn't some kind of weather issue.

Ava's jelly shoes broke 20 mins into the museum. We had to hunt down a maintenance man to give us electrical tape. Of course we had to do both shoes so no one would look at her funny

Quinn's 5th Birthday

Quinn's 5th birthday started out with his favorite thing. Church. Not really of course. It is too hard for him to sit still for over 1 hour. The first few pictures are taken before we head out to 9:30 Mass.

Since we had several parties for Quinn in WI, we invited the Zak, Harry, Jackson and Cullen over to play on the water slide. Unfortunately it rained the entire time but Quinn being the easy going kid that he is thought his birthday was awesome. And the best part was the brownie sundaes! It was a huge hit with everyone.

4th of July in Breckenridge

We had another fantastic 4th of July with the Shepherd family. Brent and Ryan mountain biked. Trish and I drank coffee and snuck away for Happy Hour. I enjoyed a great new drink named Freedom. How appropriate. The kids went down the Alpine Slide and Brent and Ryan went snow tubing. Yes that's right there was still a lot of snow on the peak. Breckenridge has over 500 inches of snow this year so the river down main street was like white water rafting. The parade was great- lots of candy, someone handed out watermelon another Popsicles. You won't find many pictures of Baker. He has another ear infection and a flu bug but he hung in there for the most part.
