More December Fun

Again this year the kids volunteered to be in the Nativity Play at Church. After weeks of rehearsing they were able to do back to back performances for the Tuesday night Faith Formation classes. They also dressed for Christmas Eve Mass. Ava was an Angel for the first performance then decided to help out and take a speaking role as Wise Man #2 for the second performance. Quinn was Wise Man #1 he had a few lines and Baker was the youngest performer all night (besides baby Jesus). He was a Camel. He sang all the songs and did everything that he was asked.

Downtown Lights with the Brooks Family
Dinner at Tom's Urban 24 and a stroll through the German Marketplace to watch the glass blowers. Then continuing on to look at the lights throughout downtown.
Thank you Brooks Family for always being up for anything.

Nanee Lulu turns 70!!! Pitty put together a great party for Mom. I wish we could have been there.

Brent took the kids skiing in December. Look at Ava on the ski lift. Our little friend Belt tagged along so the kids thought it was fun to take pictures with him doing what they like to do while skiing.
Here is Belt on the chair lift. It's a long ways down.

Almost 4 years ago a fantastic family asked us to go to dinner with them to celebrate their son's birthday. Each year we have gone with the Reckseen's to Casa Bonita (a Denver tourist spot). We could not leave Colorado without making the trip one more time. We normally in April for Zak and Harry's birthday so it was a real treat to see it decorated for Christmas. We are going to miss this tradition.
